Using some stacked profiles as support, to position the standing side just right over the bottom plate. To mark the drill spots.

Hey Hornbach, I have some very valuable sponsoring positions opened up, just for you guys.

To make the cube and go into '3D mode', my drill press wasn't sufficient anymore, so I bought this cordless drill/driver. Plus some other materials.

Measuring, marking, drilling, some more drilling, and popping rivets.

The new cordless drill/driver came in handy when finalizing the cube shape. Just as Henry did a good job sucking up all the steel drill dust.

I had a hard time fitting this last piece of profile and I wondered why. This piece happened to be warped, I found out. Some force got it into position.
+
No rivets for the top plate. I keep it in place with simple bolts and nuts, because I need to be able to remove it later.
