Build photos Portable Stove: Making a copper stove pipe

+
I want a 'gun barrel' effect for this copper pipe, but smacking it out only works for fabric (like I did for the bicycle caravan). This copper sheet is too thick.
+
Then I just marked all the holes and centerpointed them.
+
I drilled all the holes, eventually.
+
Now I need to wrap this copper sheet around the aluminum tube. Easier said then done.
I drilled holes in the tube and in the copper sheet, and connected both with rivets.
+
I sort of wrapped the copper sheet around the tube. Curse words have been shout.
+
Of course it doesn't stay where I want it to stay.
+
I feel like a Japanese craftsman. Hammering away on a copper sheet.
+
Whatever gets the job done.
+
Carefully measuring the position for the next row of holes and rivet connections.
+
Done. I think the copper looks good, it might help with heat dissipation and also protect people from touching the pipe.
+
It sits strong and sturdy inside the tube connector.
